Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with sunlit amber-gold hues and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Rich and heady, this nose opens with vanilla-tinged caramel, toasted oak, and a gentle charcoal kiss. Sweet corn, orange zest, and almond mingle with warm spice, all wrapped in a tobacco-cedar core that speaks of its storied single-barrel maturity.
Palate
Full-bodied and warming, it coats the palate with toasted vanilla and caramel, layered over bold oak. Rich notes of toffee, dark fruit, and cinnamon unfurl over a silky mid-palate, giving way to a peppery, char-driven finish. A smooth, creamy mouthfeel carries cocoa and tobacco hints, with barrel-strength warmth lingering elegantly.
Finish
Long, velvety finish coats the palate with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel, revealing a touch of baking spice. A warm kiss of cinnamon and pepper lingers, slowly fading into an enduring, elegant warmth.
