Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm, honeyed depth that glows in the glass.
Nose
Rich vanilla and dark caramel lead, unfolding into toasted oak with a whisper of charcoal. Cinnamon and clove spice mingle with dried orchard fruit, a citrus zest lift, and a hint of leather and almond—an expressive, barrel-driven nose that promises depth and warmth.
Palate
Bold and warming at 50% ABV, it coats the tongue with caramel and vanilla sweetness over toasted oak, a distinct single-barrel depth. Spiced notes—cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper—emerge with hints of orange zest and almond. Creamy, structured texture gives way to a long finish of warm spice, gentle smoke, and lingering caramel-wood.
Finish
Long, warming finish with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel lingering. Bold spice blooms at first sip, gradually softening into cocoa notes and a touch of charcoal sweetness, then fades to a smooth, persistent warmth that lingers gracefully.
