Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant amber-gold with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights, a luminous whisky-hued glow.
Nose
Vanilla and caramel rise on a bed of toasted oak, with a soft corn sweetness and a whisper of char. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—brighten with citrus zest, while a subtle smoke hints at the craft and bustle of Lynchburg’s distillery.
Palate
Silky and inviting, the palate opens with vanilla and caramel, supported by toasted oak. Mid-palate brings citrus zest and a touch of brown sugar, eased by gentle spice—pepper and clove—that warms through a long, refined finish. Creamy texture with persistent oak and a mellow sweetness that recalls the distillery’s craftsmanship.
Finish
Long and silky, the finish carries vanilla and caramel atop toasted oak, with a whisper of spice. Subtle charcoal sweetness lingers, easing into creamy sweetness, then a bright citrus note and a refined oak fade that lingers warmly.
