Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper undertones and honey-gold highlights.
Nose
Warm caramel and vanilla crown a creamy toffee sweetness, with toasted oak lending gentle spice. Subtle brown sugar and citrus zest weave through, while a whisper of charcoal adds soft smoke and refinement. The aroma is inviting, polished, and unmistakably Old No. 7 Tennessee whiskey.
Palate
Silky and smooth, the palate opens with vanilla cream, toffee and caramel, shaded by toasted oak. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—emerges mid-palate, leading to a warm, lingering finish of vanilla sweetness and light oak.
Finish
Silky and lasting, the finish coats the palate with warm vanilla and caramel, drifting over toasted oak. A subtle peppery spice lingers, touched by a whisper of charcoal sweetness that prolongs the smooth, refined warmth.
