Jack Daniel's Mr Jack's 160th Birthday Limited Edition Whiskey (1 Litre)
Out of stock
Released 2010
For Jack’s 160th birthday in 2010, the Distillery took the commonly used Heritage bottle, and with a few modifications, made a bottle unlike any before it. No longer clear glass, this bottle was painted black by Chattanooga Labeling Systems. The idea came from Michael Osborne Design, which also devised the black label for the bottle and the box in which it came. While the 750ml size is quite common, the 1 litre version of this bottle was only released in a limited number of states.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with coppery undertones and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel rise, joined by toasted oak and a touch of brown sugar. Subtle citrus zest threads through a delicate whisper of charcoal, while cinnamon and nutmeg leave a gentle spice note. The aroma is polished and inviting, promising a smooth, refined Tennessee whiskey experience.
Palate
Silky and honeyed, with vanilla and caramel wrapped in toasted oak and a whisper of charcoal mellow. Gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—emerges mid-palate, finishing warm, refined and softly lingering.
Finish
Silky and warm, the finish drapes vanilla and caramel in a satin glow, gradually revealing toasted oak and a touch of Tennessee spice. The charcoal-mellowed backbone lingers softly, leaving a refined, caramel-tinged warmth that fades to an elegant, enduring fade.
