Released in 2008
To celebrate two important dates from the Prohibition era, the Distillery released a special commemorative set in 2008.
Sold in 38 states across the country, these attractive 750ml bottles were designed by Michael Osborne Design, as were the coins mounted to each.
Although originally proposed for the 1998 Monogram bottle, this design was later selected for the 1915 Gold Medal bottle and then once again for the bottles in this Prohibition Set.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold sheen, glowing with warm, toasted chestnut tones.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel lead the nose, balanced by toasted oak and a mellow corn sweetness. Subtle citrus zest and honey unfold into a poised spice, while a whisper of leather and charcoal undergirds the aroma with classic Tennessee sophistication.
Palate
Silky and balanced, with a creamy vanilla and caramel core, hints of toffee and orange zest, framed by toasted oak. Subtle charcoal mellowing adds depth, while gentle spice—cinnamon and white pepper—lingers into a warm, polished finish.
Finish
Silky, long finish of vanilla and caramel, carried by toasted oak with a gentle backbone of spice and a whisper of charcoal. Finishes warm, creamy, and enduring.
