The art of cheesemaking is at the heart of these unique spirits. Cheesemakers Strenght reflects the energy of Sgiob-ruadh, a family-run dairy farm on the wild west coasts of Scotland. From the grass their cows eat; to the natural energy they get from wind, rain and fire; to their spring water -- their circular economy means everything that is produced is raised, grazed and matured on Mull. Every element combines to create the unique Isle of Mull Spirit, lactose-free and full of nature's subtle flowers.
