Signatory Vintage Scotch is one of the most discerning independent bottlers of Scotch in the world. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask.
By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Luxurious, sherry‑kissed nose with dark fruit depth: prune, fig and raisin mingle with toasted almond and walnut. Rich toffee and orange zest fuse with vanilla spice; oak is polished and quiet, yielding whispers of leather and cocoa. A faint maritime salt and malt lift the aroma, inviting slow, refined inhalations.
Palate
Silky, sherried palate with dark fruit—fig and raisin—layered with cocoa and orange zest. Cinnamon and clove spice weave through polished oak, delivering a velvety, medium-bodied mouthfeel and a long, warming finish with toasted almond and coffee notes.
Finish
A long, refined finish of dark fruit, cocoa and toasted almond, with gentle sherried sweetness. Warm spice and oak linger, eased by orange zest, fading to a velvet, nutty glow.
