Colour

Radiant amber-gold with coppery highlights, a warm, sunlit hue that glows in the glass.

Nose

Opulent sherry-led aroma of dried fruits—raisins, figs, and cherries—woven with toffee, vanilla, and almond. Toasted oak lends subtle spice, while orange zest adds brightness. Cocoa notes emerge with clove and a touch of cinnamon, delivering a luxurious fruitcake depth and refined sweetness.

Palate

Silky on the palate, Highland Earl blends dried fig and raisin with sherried sweetness. Creamy vanilla and honeyed oak meet toasted spice, framed by gentle tannins. A bright note of orange zest and almond lingers into a warm, lasting finish.

Finish

Long, warming finish woven with toasted oak and spice, then rich sherry nuances of dried fig, almond and cocoa, finishing with a soft sweetness and lingering warmth.
