Tasting Notes

Colour

Sunlit golden amber with a deep coppery sheen and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Ripe dried fruits, orange zest, and honeyed toffee rise, with almond and vanilla drifting through the bouquet. Sherry-cask depth adds dark cocoa, raisin, and a gentle oak spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—crafting a polished, inviting aroma.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, it opens with sherried depth—raisin, fig and toffee mingling with orange zest. Creamy vanilla oak and a whisper of spice weave through a velvety mouthfeel, while caramel, cocoa and a touch of salt linger into a refined, warming finish.

Finish

Long, velvet finish with sherry-driven sweetness, dark plum and raisin notes, cocoa and toasted almond, and a kiss of oak spice. The warmth lingers softly, coating the palate with a silky glow that invites another sip.
