Exudes honeyed orchard fruit and vanilla with a delicate malt sweetness. Orange zest and almond lift the bouquet, while sherry influence brings dried fig, raisin, cocoa and warm spice. A refined, oak-kissed harmony that promises elegance in the glass.
Palate
Smooth and medium-weight on the palate, it opens with honeyed orchard fruit and vanilla, guided by a gentle oak frame. Subtle dried apricot and almond add depth, while a delicate thread of sherry sweetness weaves through spice, finishing clean, malt-forward and lightly citrusy.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish glides with warm, cocoa-kissed sweetness that lingers. Dried plum and fig unfold with soft almond and oak, while a whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—sways through. Subtle sherry notes coat the palate, leaving a polished, nutty sweetness that invites the next, contemplative sip.
