Colour
Radiant amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
An elegant bouquet of orchard fruit—pear and golden apple—brightened by lemon zest and a veil of honey. Waxy vanilla threads through polished oak, with almond, toffee and a touch of spice. Subtle sherry notes bring dried fruit and a gentle warmth, finishing citrusy and refined.
Palate
Silky, layered palate of orchard fruit, pear and citrus zest, with honeyed vanilla and toasted oak. Mid-palate unfolds into gentle spice—white pepper and cinnamon—underpinned by a subtle nutty sweetness. Long, refined finish with elegant balance and a warm, lingering glow.
Finish
Silky and refined, the finish lengthens into a sherry-kissed glow. Dark fruit, orange zest and vanilla linger, gliding through soft spice and toasted oak, before a cocoa-dusted sweetness slowly fades to a warm, lasting farewell.
