Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery glints and a warm, honey-hued glow.
Nose
Sherry-kissed depth envelops ripe pear and orchard fruit, lifted by lemon zest and vanilla custard. Rich, polished oak and almond sweetness mingle with dried fig and a whisper of cocoa, finishing with a delicate spice and a refined, malty warmth.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied and lightly waxy, it coats the palate with orchard fruit sweetness—pear and apple—accented by bright citrus zest. Sherry cask influence lends dried fig, almond and a touch of cocoa, complemented by vanilla and honeyed oak. The finish is warm, refined and persistent, with subtle spice and a graceful, lingering freshness.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish reveals a soft sherry sweetness, with lingering dried fruits, orange zest and dark chocolate over polished oak, tapering to warming spice and almond.
