Colour
Warm sunlit straw-gold with honeyed amber highlights and a delicate copper gleam.
Nose
Elegant nose of soft honeyed malt, citrus zest, and green apple, lifted by vanilla and subtle wax. A delicate sherry undercurrent brings dried fig, toasted almond, and a gentle cocoa note, finishing with polished oak and faint spice.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied malt coats the tongue with orange zest, dried apricot, and toasted almond. Sherry influence brings toffee-logged fruit, a touch of spice, and gentle oak tannins. A creamy mid-palate leads to a warm, persistent finish of marmalade, cocoa, and faint leather.
Finish
