A lush, inviting nose of ripe orchard fruits—crisp apple, pear and a hint of apricot—supported by a refined backbone of polished oak. Subtle sherry notes from the Oloroso cask weave warmth with toasted spice, lending elegance and depth to the aroma.
Palate
Luxurious dried fruit, candy peel and dates, layered with elegant oak notes.
Finish
A warming, rewarding finish that lingers long, carried by oak and subtle spice with echoes of dried fruit and candy peel fading gracefully.
