Colour
Deep copper-amber with a luminous honey-gold glow and hints of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Billowing soft peat notes, like distant smoke on the wind, mingle with rich, sweet toffee and bright, zesty fruit, with a whisper of spice.
Palate
Like a Highland peat campfire, with oak notes and toffee. Sharp green fruit, sweet baked apple and soft smoke.
Finish
Lingering campfire smokiness intertwined with toffee sweetness, slowly fading into a warm, dessert-like finish.
