Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with ruby-gold highlights and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Sherry-drenched with dried fruits, the nose exudes ripe raisin, fig and apricot, layered with dark chocolate, toffee and orange zest. Toasted oak and gentle spice—cinnamon, clove—add depth, while a velvety sherry sheen lingers, giving a warm, collectible richness.
Palate
Velvety and generous, the palate fuses sherry-influenced sweetness with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—glow beside warm spice of cinnamon and nutmeg, while soft oak lends creamy depth. Rich but balanced, the finish is long, with fruit, cocoa and a kiss of caramel.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of dried fig and orange zest, with toffee and spice. Sherry tones linger, wrapping the palate in velvet oak and cocoa, a warm, refined fade that stays with you.
