Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, natural amber with mahogany depth and a copper-gold glow.
Nose
An intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint, with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur.
Palate
Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig build into a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado. The palate relaxes into a long, enveloping finish of dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate.
Finish
Long, enveloping finish of dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate, with a subtle spice that lingers into a warm, chocolate-kissed fade.
