Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a honey-gold core, glowing with warm, sunlit depth.

Nose

Rich, sherry-kissed aroma of dark cherry and plum mingles with raisin and fig, unfolding into cocoa, toasted almond and vanilla. Elegant oak and spice layer in notes of cinnamon and clove, while a whisper of maritime brine threads through, finishing with a warm, resinous sweetness.

Palate

Silky, medium-full on the palate with a refined sherried sweetness. Dark fruit compote—fig and raisin—meets orange zest and treacle, edged by cocoa, espresso and toasted almond. Spices of cinnamon and clove weave through chewy oak, lending structure without heaviness. A saline whisper and gentle smoke linger into a long, warm finish.

Finish

Sherry-rich and remarkably long, the finish coats the palate with ripe dried fruits, fig and cocoa, woven with velvety oak and spice. A subtle maritime whisper and caramel-toffee linger, gradually fading into a refined, lasting glow.
