Tasting Notes

Sherry-softened aroma surrounds toasted malt with orchard fruit. Honey and vanilla lift citrus zest, while almond and a whisper of cocoa add elegance. Oak and spice weave through dried fruit—raisins and apricot—creating a warm, refined profile that hints at Glen Garioch's Highland character.

Palate

Soft and inviting on the palate, with citrus zest and green apple balanced by mellow malt and honey. Vanilla highlights toffee and a gentle oak spice, while subtle almond notes lend a clean, refined finish.

Finish

Sherry-influenced and lingering, this finish unfurls dark fig and orange zest into toasted almond, cocoa and a wisp of spice, all carried on silky oak. It stretches long and warm, a honeyed, refined glow with a faint smoky edge that invites another sip.
