Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh orchard fruit leads the nose—green apple, pear—soft vanilla and honey, with subtle malt and creamy toffee. Gentle oak frames a whisper of dried figs and almond, a hint of sherry sweetness lending raisiny depth.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with a gentle sherry-driven sweetness that coats ripe orchard fruit. Notes of apple and raisin mingle with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel. The finish is warm and spice-kissed, lingering with a refined cocoa undertone.

Finish

Silky and lingering, the finish unveils warm toffee and honeyed fruit, carried on soft oak and spice. A subtle sherry echo threads through, tapering to a refined, nutty fade.
