Deep amber with coppery-gold sheen and a whisper of mahogany at the rim.

Nose

Opulent sherried fruit leads the aroma—plums, raisins, and dried cherries—woven with toffee, vanilla, and roasted almond. Subtle orange zest and spice rise, carried on gentle oak and a whisper of smoke.

Palate

Silky and opulent on the palate, it unfolds with dark fruit compote—black cherry, plum and prune—interlaced with fig. Sherry-cask sweetness deepens notes of roasted almond, cocoa and coffee, all wrapped in velvety oak. Spice threads of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg illuminate a warm, lingering finish, lifted by the whisky’s measured 43% ABV.

Finish

Long, opulent finish with sherry-rich sweetness and toasted oak lingering on the palate. Notes of dried plum, fig and caramelised orange peel emerge, complemented by a subtle spice flourish of cinnamon and clove, fading to a warm, velvety envelope that lingers gracefully.
