Tasting Notes

Colour

Warm, deep amber with coppery highlights and a honey-gold halo.

Nose

A sunny, inviting bouquet of orange zest and honey lifts rye bread and banana cake, dotted with sugared almonds. Mint threads through, while toasted waffles and a ribbon of breakfast syrup add warm, comforting sweetness.

Palate

Spice-heavy on the palate, delivering cinnamon and clove warmth, backed by rich charred oak and mint chocolate, with a kiss of orange blossom honey on rye toast.

Finish

Peppery oak, toasted spices, mint & orange curd.
