Tasting Notes

Colour

Radiant amber-gold with warm copper highlights and a hint of sherry-tinted tawny at the rim.

Nose

Sherry-kissed and richly inviting, this nose opens with dried fig, raisin, and orange zest, layered over honeyed toffee and vanilla. Toasted oak adds depth, while cinnamon and clove impart a gentle spice through polished sweetness. A luxurious, balanced bouquet that promises warmth and refinement.

Palate

Velvety palate, sherry-kissed with rich dried-fruit sweetness—raisins and figs—lifted by toffee, vanilla and a citrus zest. Silky oak and cocoa intertwine with spice, delivering a warm, persistent finish and elegant depth.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with sherry warmth. Dark fruit and cocoa mingle with vanilla, spice and toasted oak, leaving a refined sweetness that lingers into a warm, nutty afterglow.
