Tasting Notes

Nose

Sherry-softened aroma with dried fig and raisin, rising over honeyed toffee and vanilla. Oak lends almond and cocoa notes, while a thread of cinnamon and clove spice keeps the bouquet elegant and warm, inviting a refined, nutty finish.

Palate

Silky and balanced, with toffee sweetness and sherry-soaked dark fruits—raisins, figs and orange zest. Ripe malt mingles with toasted oak and warm spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), finishing in cocoa-dusted leather and a lingering, refined warmth.

Finish

Silky and persistent, the finish unfolds with dusky sherry sweetness fading into toasted oak, soft dried fruit, and almond, lightly spiced, lingering long on the palate.
