Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a honeyed bronze glow.

Nose

Warm vanilla and caramel lead, tied to toasted oak with a subtle maple sweetness. Orange zest, brown sugar and spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—emerge gracefully, while delicate tobacco and leather add depth to a refined, inviting bourbon nose.

Palate

Silky and refined on the palate, with caramel and vanilla sweetness tempered by toasted oak. Rich notes of toffee, dark fruit, and honey unfold, brightened by a touch of citrus zest and rye spice. Balanced acidity carries a long, warm finish of peppery oak and gentle leather.

Finish

Long, refined finish of vanilla and caramel, deepening into toasted oak with orange zest and gentle spice. The sweetness lingers softly, evolving into velvet oak warmth, leaving a final whisper of leather and cocoa on the palate.
