Don Julio Alma Miel is a joven tequila that combines blanco tequila with añejo tequila aged for at least 14 months and finished in Crémant du Limoux barrels, then layers in roasted agave honey for a richer, sweeter style. It is a more polished and dessert-like expression than a straightforward blanco or reposado, designed very much for sipping.
