David Nicholson Reserve Whiskey
Out of stock
An extra aged Bourbon from St Louis Missouri, that has a high proportion of Rye in the mash bill (unlike its slightly younger sibling the 1843, which has a higher proportion of Rye in its mashbill).
Full bodied and distinctly spicy. Full and sweet on the nose with honey, vanilla and a slight smokiness. The palate is rich with oaky spice and smoke followed by a smooth, long finish.

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a honey-tinged glow.
Nose
A full, sweet bouquet of honey and vanilla, lifted by a delicate smoke and a kiss of spice.
Palate
On the palate, a dense, oaky spine of spice and smoke—rye pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with vanilla and honey sweetness. Full-bodied and velvety, the oak and char coat the mouth, with the smoke persisting into a long, smooth finish and a subtle kiss of sweetness lingering.
Finish
A long, smooth finish carried by oak-spiced warmth and smoke, tapering into a lingering sweetness with rye-kissed depth.
