Colour

Sherry-driven richness lifts the nose, with creamy toffee and vanilla blending with dried fruits—raisin, fig, and plum—brightened by orange zest. Toasted almond and gentle oak spice mingle, finishing with a delicate, smoky lift.

Palate

Silky and approachable on the palate, with a gentle sweetness of dried apricot and sultana balanced by sherry-cask warmth. Honeyed toffee, vanilla cream, and almond notes emerge, framed by soft oak. A touch of spice—cinnamon and clove—brings subtle lift, leaving a smooth, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish of rich sherry fruit, plum and raisin, fading into toasted oak and subtle spice. A warm cocoa and almond undertone lingers, leaving a smooth, slightly nutty aftertaste.
