Spirit of Birmingham is an independent English distillery founded by four friends who wanted to bring whiskey production to the UK’s second-largest city. Based in Birmingham, the distillery uses a carefully selected five-grain mash bill to produce its dark beer, single pot still vodka, Birmingham dry gin and English whiskey. Each release is made in small batches, with a strong focus on grain-to-glass production and locally rooted craftsmanship.
