The distillery’s location on the 45th Parallel is no coincidence—it plays a key role in creating New World Whisky. Situated midway between the Equator and the South Pole, it experiences scorching summers and frigid winters, conditions that are crucial for the unique ageing of Single Malt Whisky. These temperature extremes shape its character, depth, and maturity.
But finding the perfect location was just the beginning. The distillery was designed to reflect its core values, with sustainability at the heart of its strategy.
