Isle of Harris Gin was the distillery’s first major release and remains one of its best-known products. Distilled in a small copper gin still named The Dotach, it uses nine botanicals, including hand-harvested sugar kelp from the Outer Hebrides, giving the gin its clean maritime character.
The distillery released The Hearach, the first legal single malt whisky from the Isle of Harris, in September 2023. Distilled, matured, married and bottled on the island, The Hearach is made with long fermentations, bespoke copper stills and casks including first-fill bourbon, Oloroso sherry and fino sherry, giving Isle of Harris a growing place in both Scottish gin and Island single malt whisky.
