Colour

Deep amber with a coppery glow and honey-gold highlights.

Nose

Caramelized vanilla and toasted oak open the aroma, with creamy corn sweetness and brown sugar in the middle. Subtle spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—add warmth, while a hint of orange zest and a caramel-laden barrel note linger in an inviting, well-aged glow.

Palate

Silky entry of vanilla and caramel with maple sweetness, evolving into toffee and toasted oak. Mid-palate carries warm spice—cinnamon, clove—with a gentle rye bite. Balanced, smooth texture leads to a long, caramel-vanilla finish, softly spiced and refined.

Finish

Warm and clean, the finish unfolds caramel and vanilla, with toasted oak and a whisper of spice. It lingers softly, a polished, dessert-like warmth that invites another measured sip.
