Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights and a warm mahogany glow.

Nose

Aromas unfold with honeycomb sweetness, mingling chocolate and minty toffee. Subtle charred oak supports toasted vanilla, while floral honey lifts the bouquet and buttery popcorn adds a warm, toasty hint.

Palate

Spicy, rich corn leads the palate, unfolding into toasted vanilla, charred oak, and dark chocolate, with a minty toffee lift.

Finish

Spicy new oak lingers with chocolate and orange, a delicate corn-syrup sweetness on vanilla waffles, and a minty lift that stays on the palate.
