Colour

Golden-amber with warm honey tones and a sunlit copper glow.

Nose

Opens with bright green apple and pear, gilded by honeyed vanilla. Sherried depth grows softly—dried raisin and almond mingle with toffee, cocoa, and warm spice, all framed by toasted oak. A refined, inviting nose with gentle maturity.

Palate

Silky and fruit-forward, the palate reveals green apple and pear framed by honeyed vanilla. Subtle malt sweetness underpins gentle spice—nutmeg and clove—with a bright citrus note. Creamy textures and light oak warmth linger in a clean, balanced finish.

Finish

Silky and inviting, the finish lingers with orchard fruit sweetness that drifts into warm vanilla and gentle spice. A long, honeyed echo settles on the palate, fading through soft oak and almond to leave a refined, creamy glow.
