Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.

Rich, inviting nose of oak, honeyed malt and dried fruit, with a whisper of sherry. Toffee, raisin and vanilla mingle with gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—over a subtle almond and cocoa background. A refined, warming bouquet that hints at coastal air and a soft, lingering finish.

Palate

Sherry-kissed and fruit-forward on the palate: raisin, fig and plum sweetness mingles with toasted almond, cocoa and spice; silky, medium-bodied with gentle oak and a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Silky, sherry-kissed finish that lingers with dark fruit and walnut notes, a gentle spice awakening, and a warm, resinous fade. The sweetness tapers into toasted oak and soft smoky echoes, leaving a refined, lasting impression.
