Stirling Spiced Rum is a classic spiced rum offering a rich and warming flavour profile. Notes of orange peel and spiced fruit cake lead the way, bringing a combination of sweet dried fruit and warming baking spices. This is followed by a gentle heat of chilli and a lively burst of orange zest that adds brightness to the finish. Smooth and well balanced, it works equally well enjoyed neat, over ice or as the base for cocktails, particularly in a vibrant Tiki punch.
