Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with honey-gold depth and coppery highlights, a warm, inviting glow.

Nose

Vanilla and toffee mingle with honeyed barley, unfolding into dried fruit and a whisper of orange zest. Nutty almond and creamy oak weave through, underpinning a gentle spice on a softly scented, inviting nose.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied on the palate, it delivers a suave mix of dried fruits, caramel, and cocoa, layered with vanilla and soft oak spice. Subtle sherry sweetness lingers beside a delicate malt sweetness, culminating in a refined, lightly nutty finish.

Finish

Long, elegant and warm, the finish carries sherry sweetness into a poised, cocoa-laced fade. Dried fruit, oak spice and a whisper of tobacco linger softly, gradually dimming to a refined, lasting balance.
