Tasting Notes

Nose

Opulent sherry-kissed aroma with dark fruit—plum, fig, and raisin—woven with orange zest and a drizzle of treacle. Velvet vanilla, toasted almond, and cocoa mingle with refined oak and a hint of spice, delivering a warm, elegant bouquet that speaks of age and character.

Palate

Velvety, sherry-influenced palate with plum and fig, softened by caramel and raisin. Cocoa, toasted walnut and spice weave through oak, giving weight and balance. A warm 43% finish lingers, with hints of orange marmalade and dark chocolate.

Finish

Long, sherried finish with dark fig and raisin, a thread of orange zest and cocoa, then warm spice and polished oak that linger in velvet warmth.
