Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich sherried bouquet of fig, plum and raisin, brightened by orange zest. Vanilla, toffee and cocoa nibs mingle with walnut and spice, all resting on polished oak.

Palate

Silky on the palate, Barcelona 92 unfolds a plush core of dried fruit—figs, raisins, sultanas—paired with roasted almond and a thread of cocoa. Sherry influence coats orange zest and toffee, while subtle spice and polished oak add lift. The finish is long and warm, with fruitcake, coffee notes, and a refined, lingering sweetness.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with rich sherry sweetness, dark plum and fig, and a subtle shadow of cocoa and espresso. A warming kiss of spice and toasted oak lingers, tapering to a mellow, resinous echo.
