Tasting Notes

Colour

Warm amber-gold with a honey-bronze sheen and a faint coppery glow.

Nose

Bright orchard fruit and pear drops meet honeyed vanilla, creamy toffee and a touch of malt. Subtle sherried warmth, dried raisin and almond, with a whisper of oak and citrus zest finishing softly.

Palate

Silky and approachable on the palate, with honeyed malt, orchard fruit and a gentle sherry lift. Creamy vanilla and toffee ride a light oak backbone, while spice threads through for subtle warmth. The finish lingers with dried fruit, cocoa and a touch of walnut.

Finish

Warm and refined, the lingering notes unfold with toasted oak and caramelized fruit, gently spiced. A soft vanilla sweetness fades slowly, leaving a long, comforting warmth with delicate sherried overtones.
