Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with a luminous copper sheen and subtle mahogany undertones.

Nose

Opulent sherry-driven nose reveals dark plum, fig and raisin, layered with toasted almond and orange zest. Rich oak and cocoa mingle with leather and spice—cinnamon and clove—yielding a regal, timeless aroma with a warm, lingering finish.

Palate

Luxuriously velvety, this palate unfurls with dark cherry, fig and raisin from its sherry-cask influence, entwined with toasted almond and cocoa. Spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, a hint of clove—kiss the oak, while subtle vanilla and leather lend depth, finishing with a long, warm, refined glow.

Finish

A long, dignified finish with dark chocolate, fig and dried cherry, lifted by toasted almond and sherry sweetness. Subtle spice and oak ebb and flow, leaving a warm, resinous fade that lingers gracefully and invites the next sip.
