Colour
Deep bronze-amber with coppery undertones and a burnished-gold sheen.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel rise from the glass, balanced by toasted oak and brown sugar. A touch of cinnamon and nutmeg adds gentle spice, with rye grain lending structure; whispers of dried fruit and cocoa complete an inviting, aromatic bouquet.
Palate
Silky caramel and vanilla lead, giving way to toasted oak and brown sugar. Ripe spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—drift across a creamy palate, carried by a gentle rye bite. Medium-bodied and balanced, with a warm finish of toffee, baking spice, and a kiss of oak.
Finish
Silky warmth lingers long after the swallow, weaving vanilla and caramel with toasted oak. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—creeps in, leaving a refined, toffee-kissed finish that slowly fades to a warm glow.
