Noval 40 Year Old Tawny Port represents the memory of Quinta do Noval, the history of the last 40 years. This wine offers remarkable concentration thanks to its slow evolution over 40 years in contact with wood.

The aromatic range has developed enormously, offering an elegant bouquet reminiscent of almonds and walnuts, giving it a unique character. Velvety on the palate, this Port offers a perfect balance between powerful aromas and elegant aging. The finish is long and seductive.

Quinta Do Noval
Quinta do Noval first appeared in land registries in 1715 and is one of the Douro’s historic names, but it is unusual in being known above all as a vineyard rather than simply a Port shipper. The estate was badly damaged by phylloxera before António José da Silva acquired it in 1894 and restored it through replanting, while his son-in-law Luiz Vasconcelos Porto later reshaped many of the old narrow terraces into broader ones with better sun exposure.
