A 5cl miniature of blended malt, Poit Dhubh ,a mellow, lightly peated whisky that comprises mostly of Talisker, which reflects the fact its parent company, Pràban, is based on the Isle of Skye. The remainder of the blend is composed of various Speyside malts and is also matured partly in sherry casks, which lends it that typically rich flavours you would expect.

Nose
Sea-salted peat with a gentle Talisker-esque maritime warmth leads the nose, softened by sherry-casked sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with toffee and vanilla, while orange zest adds a bright lift. A light, refined smokiness lingers.
Palate
Soft, malty and lightly peated, with a Talisker-forward backbone. Vanilla, honey and toffee mingle with dried fruits and a whisper of cocoa, while a subtle peat nuance lingers. Sherry-cask warmth broadens the mouthfeel, finishing with warm spice and oak.
Finish
Long and gracious, the finish unfurls with a maritime whisper of smoke softened by sherry. Dried fruit, cocoa and almond mingle with gentle spice, while oak and a touch of peat linger, leaving a warm, persistent ember on the palate.
