Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh barley, citrus, biscuity malt, some subtle herbal and spice notes.

Palate

Waxy citrus, biscuit dough, herbal barley, quite a clean body with some peppery oak, ground ginger, melon and vermouth like notes.

Finish

White pepper, grassy barley, ginger spice, wine gums and biscuit dough.
