Tasting Notes

Colour

Honey-gold with a warm, sunlit amber glow—a pale, inviting hue that nods to mead as much as whisky.

Nose

Fresh barley and bright citrus rise from the glass, with biscuity malt and a delicate weave of herbal and spice notes.

Palate

Waxy citrus and biscuit dough form a clean, herbal barley core, with peppery oak and hints of ground ginger. Melon notes mingle with vermouth-like undertones for a bright, refined finish.

Finish

Crisp and lingering, the finish carries white pepper and grassy barley, a spark of ginger spice, then a comforting echo of wine gums and biscuit dough.
