Colour

A warm, honeyed amber with copper-gold highlights and a deep bronze core, like sunset-lit mahogany.

Nose

Sweet and spicy on the nose with a smooth finish. Cinnamon, raisin and sweet banana appear in a warm, inviting bouquet.

Palate

Christmas cake richness with toasted pecans and a generous toffee sweetness, finished by a hint of burnt crust and lingering warmth.

Finish

Long, warming finish with lingering spice and caramelized sweetness. Pecans and toffee leave a toasted edge from burnt crust, while cinnamon and raisin drift into a soft, raisin-kissed warmth that slowly fades to oak-laced elegance.
