Sweet and spicy on the nose, inviting and smooth. Cinnamon leads, with hints of raisin and a touch of sweet banana lending a velvety, warm aroma.
Palate
On the palate, velvet sweetness unfolds into toffee and caramel, with Christmas cake spice. Toasted pecans lend nutty depth, while burnt crust adds a subtle char. Raisin-like fruit and cinnamon linger, finishing long and warm with gentle oak and spice.
