Tasting Notes

Nose

Dark cherry, fig and sultana mingle with toasted almond and cocoa, layered with vanilla and caramel and a delicate orange zest. Sherry warmth coats the oak, yielding a refined spice and a festive, enduring aroma.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with a gentle sweetness and sherry-backed depth. Raisin and fig mingle with toasted almond and a whisper of cocoa, while vanilla-caramel accrues from oak. Spices—cinnamon and soft clove—add warmth, lifting to a balanced, lingering finish of coffee and leather.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with sherry-soft sweetness and warm spice. Dried fig and orange peel linger on the palate, followed by cocoa and toasted oak, a refined, mellow warmth that ebbs to a gentle, fragrant ember.
