Colour

Golden amber with warm honey highlights and a soft, sun-kissed copper glow.

Nose

Soft and inviting, the nose offers vanilla and honeyed apricot over warm cereals, entwined with elegant oak and a whisper of citrus zest. Subtle dried-fruit and a delicate sherry sweetness lend a polished, toasty depth.

Palate

Silky and balanced, Old Elgin 8-year blends orchard fruit with a touch of toffee, shaded by subtle sherry-cask spice. Toasted oak and vanilla lift the palate, yielding a velvety mid-palate and a lingering finish of dried fruit, cocoa and spice.

Finish

Medium-length finish that coats the palate with creamy vanilla and honeyed fruit, tapering into toasted oak and gentle spice. A bright citrus lift lingers, followed by a refined almond warmth and a clean, softly persistent glow.
