Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with a warm coppery glow and honeyed depth, a sunlit richness hinting at sherry-cask sweetness.

Nose

An elegant bouquet of creamy vanilla, malt, and orchard fruit, layered with toasted oak and gentle spice. A delicate sherry sweetness threads through, lending warmth and depth to the collective aroma of the miniatures.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with integrated warmth. Rich sherry notes unfold: ripe raisin and fig, apricot, dark chocolate, and almond, all carried by toasted oak. Spices lace through a smooth, lingering finish with a gentle, refined warmth.

Finish

Long, refined finish with a whisper of sherry sweetness, ribbons of toasted oak and caramel, and a gentle spice that lingers, leaving a soft orchard-fruit glow.
